Going for the first time?
Stand wherever you’re comfortable and watch. No one will mind or judge. People are there to pray, not to watch you.
Sit when you need to. Standing is traditional, but no one minds.
Hold off on Communion. The Eucharist is shared by those baptised or received into the Orthodox Church. Everyone is welcome to the blessed bread at the end.
Stay for coffee if there is any. People are usually happy to answer questions.
